1. Order Information
• How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
• Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. You have 12 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation at contact@badiances.skin. After this window, the order is sent to fulfillment and cannot be modified.
• I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
To get your items to you faster, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses separately. Don’t worry, the rest of your beauty haul is on its way!
2. Shipping & Delivery
• What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping to the USA typically takes 7-15 business days. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
• My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still can't locate your package after 3 business days, contact our support team.
3. Returns & Refunds
• What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• How do I start a return?
Simply email us at contact@badiances.skin with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions.
4. Product & Safety
• Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
While we curate high-quality items, we always recommend checking the ingredient list or testing a small patch of skin before full use, especially if you have highly sensitive skin.
• Where are your products sourced?
We work with global suppliers to find the most innovative beauty tools and skincare. All our products are quality-checked before being listed on Badiance.
